The sky tower is located between the zoo and botanical gardens which you can but a combined ticket for that cost around £4 which is great! The tower itself is small and when we visited it was quiet! There are some good views of the city and some seats by the windows to sit and enjoy the views.

We went there while there around 5:30pm and stayed till all of the city lights on! I would highly recommended this place to many people if you have time in Nagoya since it's not close to other attraction sites. However, you can spend a day or half day here since there is a cute zoo right at the same location... More

Beautiful views, especially of animals in the zoo, and boaters on the paddling pool below. Legend says that if you are in love and rent a boat below...you will break up and be cursed. Queues are very orderly and you aren't allowed to push the buttons to the elevator on your own. Ah Japan.

The sunset is astonishing since we can view the mountains and the sea... More

if you love going to high places to have a better look of the city, with about 100 meters up, then you should come to this place. you can see the whole nagoya here plus a good look of the zoo... it's nicer in the afternoon until evening...

You could get a very nice view of Nagoya City from here. The night view was also great but I did not find anything else to satisfy the requirement of 100 character words.
