Visited park when the craft fair was on. Vendors were set up throughout the park, and had very high quality goods- glass, pottery, wood carving, fabric/weaving, metal work. The park is very beautiful, even without the exhibits.

Take the sneaker bus from the train terminal to this park during Sakura season. Make sure you take a picnic with you and sit and enjoy with the locals away from the busy hustle of the castle. There is also a little pond with turtles...More

history and beauty here - can watch the fish and turtles in the pond, walk the gardens and around the historic school

Nice little city park with views of the peaks opposite the Northern Alps. My bet would be that this place is beautiful during the Summer months.

The trees were brilliant in early November. Some of the reds are so bright they look fluorescent. As I was taking photos, the wind picked up and a cascade of yellow leaves blew down from the largest trees. Truly memorable. Only a small park but...More
