Staying here in September. Quiet and peaceful. The hotels are clustered in an area at one end of the lake and are used as a base for skiing in the winter when I imagine the place would be packed.

Stayed beside lake akan and enjoyed the view during our stay. Along with the other lakes nearby, lake akan is a must visit for tourists.
We took a ferry (meant for the Marimo exhibition) around the lake and it was koney well spent
