$40 for 4 litres of beer. That's not bad considering other prices. We chugged that back between the two of us with many enthusiastic Japanese and Russian onlookers supporting our goal. Just imagine if we'd ordered a second keg!

Great conservation of old brickhouses, converted into a shopping centre. Found some nice souvenirs, can accumulate purchases from multiple shops for on the spot GST rebates (bring your passport along, pay for the purchases all together at the specific cashiers). A very pleasant stroll through the shops was fun and enjoyed eating at the beer garden restaurant. They have many treats...including luscious black sesame soy ice cream. Simply wonderful!

These cool old warehouses were turned into a shopping centre. It's a good place to look around for a couple of hours. There are good varieties of shops.

These warehouses are very similar to the ones in Yokohama. They are set very nicely on the water and look great lit up at night. Unfortunately, the shops inside the warehouses are quite lackluster, just some souvenir shops and random crap, I was hoping for...More

We enjoyed our walk along the rows of red brick wearhouse. Lots of neat little stores, stands selling various stuff. Our boys liked the little bears that can talk back. One pity though, maybe because it's not high season yet, all the experience workshops are...More

We have read about this place from bloggers who went there and raved about the Cheesecakes from the two shops there. It was easily accessible since we had a car with us. Parking was expensive at 300 Yen for an hour. It was raining when...More
