I was excited about going inside the awesome-looking brewery, but it wasn't open when I stopped by just before noon on a Wednesday. The building looks quite impressive, and I hope to be able to go inside the next time I'm in Otaru.

A great facility showing the sake production. however the tour is only in Japanese. will be better if they at least have audio for english tourist. staffs are very friendly as usual japanese.
