It was great to finally see more of this Japanese artist, whose work I first came into contact with in university. I didn't remember him until I saw his work again, though, and it was great to see more of it and learn about his life at the museum.

Okamoto Taro is one of the biggest names in Japanese art from the 60s and 70s. He is especially known for the giant Tower of the Sun from the 1970 Osaka Exhibition.
