Try to make a visit to the museum early and book the class to make your own Ramen. You can also purchase a cup and design it and select your own flavor to bring home.

I would recommend just going straight to the pot noodle making area. Loads of fun designing and watching your noodles being made. Loads of variety to choose from and can come up with any sorts of creations!

Good museum. Great story about Momofuku Ando creator of ramen noodles and how they became a world wide dish. There were radios to use for non-Japanese speakers to hear the story of Ando. Fun to create your own cup of noodles to take home.

This place was a fun surprise. Reasonable entry fee, and exhibits that don't involve a lot of reading so it's great for kids or people who can't read Japanese. Some things are written in English. Pay the extra $3 to make your own cup noodles....More

Open lid, pour in just boiled water to the mark. Wait 3 minutes until cooler. Eat at your own pace.

You can do china town in yokohama, the pier where the ferris wheel is or stroll about the street with the victorian homes and have tea at the many cafes there. They’re all about walking distance if I remember right
