Interesting park.

2,800 yen for adults. Quite a big park to walk about and admire the mini sized architectures. There’s is winter illumination after sunset during autumn and winter. If you look close enough you will find special characters in different “sites”. However, some sites are lacking a bit of maintenance as you could see the paints and conditions of the “sites/sights” are deteriorating.

You will love it!

We enjoyed this place so much! Very accessible for people with disability.
They are well equipped for it! They have ramps and restrooms too.
They have wheelchairs for free. We spent like hours taking photos. Be prepared to walk a lot but you will love it. The staff are very helpful too.

I think kids will enjoy it too!

Amazing, travel the world in just a few hours

I had a lot of fun there, the replicas are amazing, so much detail it's really impressive.
It's a bit expensive, but I had the Nikko Pass which gave me a 1000yen discount, so it was a good deal.
I was planning to spend a couple of hours there but ended up staying over 3 hours, I lost count of the time. Lots of great photo opportunities. I'm just sad they don't have a South America part.
It's right next to the station, so very easy to find. If you're travelling by local train like I was, be aware of the train timetable. I missed my train and the local trains don't run very often, I would have to wait almost 2 hours for the next train, so I ended up having to buy a ticket for the express train to Asakusa, which was some extra cost I wasn't expecting.
It's definitely worth a visit.

It's a small world after all

If you like architecture, come here. If you like travel, come here. If you like things in miniature, come here!

This place was so much fun, even for a group of adults. You can take so many interesting photos and pose in front of attractions you don't have to buy multiple plane tickets to see! Still, in my opinion, nothing beats going to the actual sites, but this comes pretty close. The thrills you get here come at a great value, too. We saved on the price of admission by booking tickets through the ryokan where we were staying.

I wouldn't say you have to go out of your way to get here, but if you're in the area checking out other nearby attractions in the Nikko area, definitely stop by here! I had few expectations for this place and found it to be exhilarating. The attention to detail is spectacular; the place is complete with tens of thousands of bonsai plants and miniature human figurines. What a blast!

One of the best theme parks
May 2019
I love to travel and after seeing all of the miniature monuments in the theme park, I realized I have not travelled enough. This theme park is full of famous landmarks and it’s great to get a bird’s eye view of each. Enough effort is done to show all the details of the real thing. The miniature human figurines add life to it. Those small bonsai trees are done to scale and I am amazed at how much care the park staff would have spent to tend to those. My daughter said there are 20,000 bonsai trees in the park.

We spent a lot of time photo shooting. Keep in mind to have a human person in the picture to get a sense of scale, otherwise you cannot tell it’s a miniature. My friend took picture in front of the miniature Himeji Castle and then we went to visit the real castle couple of days later. The 2 photos look so similar it’s hard to tell which is real except by looking at the surrounding.

Since most trees are miniature bonsais, there is little shade in the park. So wear your hat if you intend to spend 2 to 3 hours there in a sunny day.

The street side entrance has a stand equipped for taking picture with your smartphone using timer, don’t miss that.

意外と楽しめます。You can enjoy it unexpectedly.

The world's famous buildings that were faithfully reproduced in 1/25, I really enjoyed when I saw them. I got a bird's eye view that would not be obtained even if I went to the site, I could observe the whole building and details, and I felt I had traveled abroad many times. It was also surprising that planting was almost all bonsai.

Not too impressed
Nov 2018 • Family
I was not too impressed with this place, but because it was included in the list of places to visit in Nikko, I also visited it. From Tobu Nikko Station, it takes around 40 minutes by train. The closest station is Tobu World Square Station. Not many people visit this place when I was there. Ticket purchases were also fast, I get discounts that I got from their website (you need to print and show the coupon if you want to get a discount). I spent about 45 minutes here.

Around the World in 2 hours
May 2018 • Couples
We spent a good time staring at the structures because it is just so intricately built! They even added tiny humans for a more realistic effect and it's super cute. Great educational place to learn about world famous sites. Definitely a must-go if you are in Nikko. It was quite empty with little crowd which is a bonus!

Amazing attention to detail in building replicas
Oct 2018 • Family
If you have enough time to go after seeing Togoshu, the lake and waterfalls, and Edo Wonderland, I'd definitely recommend this place! I've been to many of the buildings around the world, and they did such a good job on the replicas.
