We went with some anticipation as we saw the pictures online. However, the place seemed a little run down and in need of a round of fresh paint. The nearby kuroshio market seemed to be a better place to visit.

Looks deserted most of the times. Not a high end theme park. Not many attractions. Won't recommend to visit
