We didn't have any problem during our trip around Kyushu traveling by Nishitetsu Bus company. They have a lot of routes and operate really on time. Highly recommendable

You can and should reserve your seats in advance. We used this bus to go to Kurokawa Onsen and was very convenient. They have service to Kumamoto and Yufuin and other areas as well.

Next time you ride if you insist. For Nishitetsu bus, Nishitetsu train stations will also accept it.
