Very popular venue in Takamatsu harbor area, many fancy shops/ bars/ restaurant are now hosted in the old warehouses which provide a fascinating atmosphere. Nice to have a stroll here in the late afternoon!

You can do shopping, cafes or sometimes there are music events at bars or restaurants in Kitahama Alley area. My wife likes to shop house plants and flowers for friend's birthdays at Grace Market, I like it there because while she's shopping, I can drink...More

Its a converted industrial area into a simple shopping area catering to women mostly. you could spend two hours there max.
