The panorama terrace consists of two windows and the view is not that interesting. Elevetors are a bit difficult to be found. Go shopping instead!

AER Lookout Terrace is located a couple of minutes walk from Sendai Station. It opens until late hours, so you can even go there after dinner. There are some elevators in this building, but some of them do not go up to the 31st floor....More

Beautiful place to see Sendai city from a guided map. I believe this is the tallest building in Sendai for lookout. And the most amazing part is that, its "Free"!!

This building is the only observation you can use for free in Sendai. You can come in day time and night time (the building closes at 10pm) to see different views. At night there're many couples understandably. There're plenty of benches to enjoy the view....More
