巴士上居然沒有安全帶等同把生命全交給駕駛!也沒有任何退票機制,不論從網路預訂或直接購票!整趟旅程最差感受! No seatbelt for passenger, your life depend on bus driver! And no any ticket refund policy either bought online or directly sales counter!

No service at all. Didnt event help put our luggage. Even shouted (while kids around) to move the luggage instead of helping us. Smelly bus as well. Bad bad bad service. Conductor even proud saying yes NO SERVICE!

Always a lot of ppl but queue moves fast. Try avoid peak hours or else you might really need to walk across the causeway.

this is a bus company that plies SG-Malaysia. buses are yellow in color, easy to spot. check out their bus routes and you could save some money taking a taxi. i hear they have a card where you could use to get more savings.

It's just within walking distance from JB Sentral Immigration, no more than 20 minutes.
