Kids had a great time at the petting zoo. The animals were so friendly. The water park itself was ok. Good thing we went on a weekday. Acceptable crowd. Loved the heated pools. Plan ahead. Avoid weekends and public holidays.

Like the 30min "pool party" 🎉 with dj, host and dancers entertaining the crowd. DJ played up to date song that get the crowd grooving. They also have game rides and mini "safari". We didn't get to see the animals as we are to happy 😊 having a splashing good time

Lovely 😍 Water theme park, amusement park, ghost house, birds feeding, tiger valley and so many things had attracted us during our trip. We enjoyed to the max.

The best part is the hot spring. Nice ambience with colorful lighting in the pools with different temperature. Something we have never experience before and is free entrance from the hotel. Thumbs up! The amusement park is normal. The water theme park should have more waves. My children enjoyed feeding the animals. Great fire show. Not so happening in tin... More

The petting Zoo has cute raccoons you can feed which were the highlight for us. We also had very good Umbra juice which we could not find anywhere else in KL!

As far as things to do, this place does not disappoint. From zoo to water slides to jacuzzi and steam room, we definitely feel like one gets their money's worth. And we were there at night when some attractions are closed. Our favorites were the tarantulas, the Crystal Pool, and the steam room. Some issues that could affect one's visit... More

I went it at 2pm as we thought the weather is going to be okay. We started our journey as frontline staff suggest to petting zoo. But my kids was brilliant so we played the amusement park first. Not so much of games but its perfect for family packages. Then we went to waterpark, we rent the tube & too... More

the kids loved the games provided at the waterpark.A good combination of games from water to amusement park. The kids too were exited visiting the zoo. A great place for both adults and kids to enjoy the environment.

We visited the Lost World of Tambun as the guests staying at The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat. This park is similar to Sunway Lagoon but with smaller and different attractions. A great getaway place with the family.
