It is very small clock tower. You could miss out if you don’t use google map. Just a place to take photo . Not a really attraction.

Unfortunately it is a mini roundabout with narrow pathway. Cars are parked around the roundabout with only space for a car to drive around the roundabout. Caution walking around that area.
