When visiting Penang on a holiday we visited this spa. This was a last-minute decision so the communication from staff and helping with last-minute booking was great. The atmosphere was so relaxed and the sunset was a great view to end our trip with. The staff were accommodating and the massages we received relaxed us and was worth the money. The studio was clean, open and intimate and focussed on us as customers. The service went above and beyond and was a great experience!

It has been one of the BEST Spa experiences that I've had so far. I'd honestly give a 5-Star to the staff behavior, ambience, quality and hygiene!
If you choose to go there, you'd receive your massage or ur spa package on a great-quality basis while enjoying an amazing view from the 67th floor of the Tope Tower of Penang!
It is truly noteworthy to mention that the staff are unbelievably nice and helpful! The first time I called there to book an appointment, they were full although I had called a couple of days in advance. They asked me to switch to another day since they were too busy but I told them I didn't want another day since it was my boyfriend's birthday! As soon as I mentioned his birthday, the person in charge who was talking to me asked me to wait a little while and then she told me that we could go there on the exact date and the exact time that I wanted to!
It was truly nice of them and even though I didn't ask them, they surprised my boyfriend with a birthday dessert and a lighted candle at the end of our massage!
I won't forget our experience here and I highly recommend this spa to whomever willing to gift themselves or their loved ones with an unforgettable time <3

We did the “My Love” romance package.
The sequence of the package worked well!
First the scrub, followed by a sea shell bath where we were left alone for 30 mins allowed us to have a chat in the middle of the evening, finishing with the oil massage.
The oil massage was tailored to your preferences (pressure level, type of massage and preferred spots to work additionally on), and allowed for you to let them know of any injuries.
I chose the most firm option, and it did not disappoint.
View was great at 5:30pm booking, the sunset was really special during the sea shell bath.
The staff were very friendly.

Great therapeutic experience. From our arrival, we were warmly greeted by Jess at the main lobby of The Top as we were having difficulty finding the place. I was served by Malisa - she was very nice and did an excellent job with my massage! Very comfortable, calming atmosphere with soothing music and essential oils.
The current discount offer for Penang Lang makes it extremely worth it for the attentive, luxurious experience you receive. Due to SOP guidelines, the services offered were limited but this had already been explained to us when we called up ahead to book.
Overall, very satisfied with the whole experience. Will return again when SOP restrictions are lifted to try the other treatments!

My partner and I were in Penang city centre and was thinking of going to a spa/ massage that was close to us. We googled and Tower Spa was highly recommended by other couples so we went ahead to book the couples spa experience. Service was impeccable as we were greeted from the tower entrance and brought right up to the spa.
Everything was laid out perfectly for us and it was definitely a different massage experience as the view was high up on the 67th floor.
Highly recommend coming here if you want to escape the Penang heat and traffic for something relaxing within the city vicinity!

Who doesn’t love some pampering and when you can do it with the most amazing views of Penang I say just do it.
We booked our family in today for a I hour massage and it was incredible. The staff were very welcoming and the pre and post pamper foodie treats were delicious.
All I can say if this spa was in Australia you would be waiting for ages to get a slot, such is its quality and value. All three of us left floating on clouds such was the relaxing experience.

A great experience here. Environment is calm with soft music the whole session of 3.5hours. Scrub, spa bath n massage is superb.

The therapist we had here are both inexperienced and very bad. They need to be well trained and professional. The only person who is good was the lady who escorted us to the tower club for massages. Personal hygiene also not there as very bad and will not recommend anyone else to come again.

It was a great experience at Tower Spa with amazing hospitality and wonderful customer service. We were treated so well and the massage was very relaxing and rejuvenating. The view from the too was the added bonus. Special shout out to Anita who took great care and exemplified the best !

Hi Alya. Our package of body scrub comes together with body wrap for RM488. You're entitled for 30% Off for first trial.
From main entrance, you'll see a huge 'I Love Penang' signage. Walk straight towards Marrybrown on your right. You can see Jurrasic on your right. You'll need to pre-book the appointment with us and we will inform the concierge. No charges needed.
