Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Difficult to know what you are going to eat, incomprehensible names below photos that are not clearer. Guaranteed greasy atmosphere.
So it sure costs nothing but the goal is also to have fun without taking too many risks and there, hygiene is scary

hawker stalls. All the usual foods. Some stalls inside kopitiam. Not very big. Go see for yourself. We tried two noodle dishes inside the koptiam. Also tried vegetarian prawn noodles and economy noodles from the other side of the road. All were good.

It is a busy street just of Penang Road. You will find ample food stalls/ shops on either side of the road. It is quite tourist area so the food is a bit expansive

Busy street and many good food to choose from including the kway Teow soup (my favourite), the belachan fried chicken, pig innards, fried oyster etc etc etc. Crowd picks up from late afternoon onwards and good to come with empty stomach!

I did not find this at all appealing. The setting and atmosphere were nice but there were hardly any stalls. Everyone seemed to be in line for one particular stall. The smell was awful.

It's too popular and unfortunately some of the Kopi tiam owners are taking it too far - it's a struggle to get a seat in the first place and once we did, we ordered immediately from the hawkers - we didn't ask for the price for the first several orders and got overcharged by quite a bit - not happy but that is what a tourist trap is I suppose. I suggest you try one of the other street food areas - there are plenty.

This street needs to receive a round of applause. The food price is cheap & many delicious variety to try out. The operation hour start 6:30pm & over by 11:00pm. Parking won’t be a problem because it is just a walking distance. This place is near to few famous street, mall & ionic tower komtar .
