Filled with shops and food stores in renovated old buildings, alongside places of worship - characteristic of Georgetown; so there is nothing not to like.

This is a more interesting street than Armenian Street with fewer tourists and features some interesting old houses and the usual restaurants and cafes. Worth a visit.

Nothing super special but good for walk like the other walking area of George Town. The structure is beautiful and with the touch of heritage. If you are a history lover, you might pay it a visit while walking in the street.

If you travel by walk or bicycle, I’m sure you will reach here because it’s located in a main street in Georgetown. It’s easy to notice Yap’s temple which old a century and beautiful.

Cannon street is short. Before you know it, you already walk to the end of the street. But it is part of core zone which has more than 1,700 hisoric buildings with street art.

The YAP temple is one of my favorites. You can see the ceramic work up close and personal. Lots of shoppes and places to eat in this area. Great place to find a cafe and watch the world go by.

My favourite way to explore is generally follow my feet but if I have seen a street before take a new turn which was how I discovered Cannon St. Local history here as everywhere + some good eating places too
