A well preserved premises owned by the powerful Khoo family. You can learn about the family and some history of Penang here. Entrance fee RM10.

A very grand building temple with lots of history of the descents of Khoo. The old traditional wood buildings built without nails and tiles. The original water well is still there near the toilets. Good place to spend 20 to 30 mins.

This house is well worth a visit, it has some simply beautiful works. We visited in the middle ending before the heat became too unbearable. Interesting history and well documented if you do not have the benefit of a guide to escort you.

This is one of the most amazing sites I have ever visited. You gain an immediate appreciation for the richness of their family heritage. Even our teenagers loved this stop!

As narrated buyout driver, this house used to belong to the "Khoo" gang society in the old days. The main hall is beautiful where all the other GANGS' "CEO"😂 will gather to negotiate deals or issues. The only way in/out is long narrow main entrance...More

It will depend on individual and how thorough one wants to be. I would suggest around an hour or so to have a better view of the place. There are handful of things to see.
