Worth spending an hour or two at the museum to find out more about the local tribes people and the history of Sabah.

Many things to see and learn. Pleasant walk in the museum. Kids loves the whale skeleton displayed at the entrance hall. The video of making this skeleton was very nice to watch. RM2 per adult. Kids FOC. Worth to go.

A nice way to spend a couple of hours indoors if its hot or raining. The exhibits are grouped into seperate rooms for culture, nature etc. Good english descriptions, well laid out. Can also walk through the grounds to see local huts.

the outside landscape are not too bad, they had the village houses and the hanging bridge ( also can be impovised actually) But the inside staffs can be a little better as this is the State Museum. Borneo is an area with rich with culture...More

I took a bus from the bus station in front of Marina Court. Not sure the number but the same way to Queen Elizabeth Hospital. The driver/conductor should know when u say Sabah Museum and will drop you right at the corner... More
