While searching for things to do in Kuching, I came across great reviews about Borneo a la Carte. After contacting the agency I corresponded with Laura and told her exactly what we were looking for in our two-day tour. She was able to put together a custom package that made both my husband and me very happy (a compromise of... More

Prior to my visit to Kuching I contacted a number of agents to try and plan my holiday as I was travelling alone. Borneo a la carte were by far the easiest general travel agent to deal with due to their rapid response, great suggestions and the fact they responded to my specific requirements (Paradesa Borneo were also good but... We've had the chance to spend 5 days in Kuching. I travelled with my mum and my 2 daughters (8 and 5 yrs old) Amelie and Laure organised us a perfect trip around Kuching. Each day was a new discovery, we were in contact with local people showing us their traditional life, we have seen many different animals from the... More

We came to Kuching knowing nothing about the place except for a brief read of the Lonely Planet. Fortunately Borneo a la carte had put together a first rate package for our stay and everything went like clockwork. Pickups, drop-offs and so forth were all punctual and the guides and/or drivers were very good. Particularly pleasing was the village stay... More

We only had a few days left in Borneo and were very interested in doing a tribe stay. Amelie and Laura organised a stay at the Bidayuh village for us, despite the short notice, the little time we had left and the budget we were on. We were able to stay with a Bidayuh family for 3 days and 2... More

With the help of Amélie, we have had 5 days of lovely, interesting, relaxing and heartwarming family holiday in Kuching, Sarawak and its surroundings. Kids 14, 11 and 7 all found something they liked: be it shopping, restaurant, jungle, orangutans, snorkeling or internet surfing. The Kuching Hilton was helpful and clean, breakfast just amazing with the ample variety. We visited... More

I've been in contact with Amelie, weeks before the trip to organize the adventures in the Borneo and her support was already excellent, but only once you are on place you realize the quality of the service they offer. We did the 3D2N experience in the Jungle to visit a non touristic longhouse and it was a unique experience, really... More

I really like the services provided. I did a two day trek which was special. I'd like to see other offerings a bit more off the tourist trail. The trip to Boko seemed a bit of a treadmill, Spending time at some of the quieter spots on the Boko peninsular would be great - there's some nice bays and possibly... More
