    OKay this is the nearest island from the airport, aside from Male. there are tons of ongoing construction to this island, so it might be pretty noisy during the day, even at night... My advice: stay only for a day.. do not buy any souvenir...More

    Pretty spot, but clean the garbage!

    Hulhumale is the nearest pitstop from Maldives airport, and I recommend going here instead of the more crowded Male city. There are lots of affordable accommodations in Hulhumale, plenty of shops, nice jetty. I was just aghast that garbage was just left to lie around...More

    Good for beach view and shopping

    This place is only good for 2 days to enjoy some city life with beach view as well. However city life is just like few shops here as compare to male city. But the hulhumale beach is very nice and charming

    Hulhumale - A Transit Island

    This island does not have the appeal of the resorts that the Maldives is known for. Plenty of hotels to choose from and you can enjoy water sports, book tours, spend some nice time at the beach and move on to your resort.

    Leisure point

    This is the island near the Ibrahim Nasir International airport. It is a well planned leisure spot. I had fun in the hulhumale sun.

    It is prohibited in Hulhumale. U can get them in private islands

    You will get ferries going there every 10 minutes. They are very inexpensive. However, don't choose to pay in dollars as that will cost you more. Get the money converted from a bank at the airport and then pay them in Rufiya.
