After a rainy trudge up the slippy, muddy hill we were rewarded with an amazing tour of a beautiful farm and the most delicious produce I’ve ever tasted. Our hosts were so welcoming and informed that we all left passionate about mulch and propagating!

Up In The Hill was definitely a highlight of our Honeymoon stay in Panama. The tour is worth every cent of $20. They feed you food from their land and "hot chocolate" from coconuts and cacao grown and made right there on the farm. Veggie...More
