The terminal is a metal (mostly empty) large building with one open shop. Liquor prices are very good and Panama hats of (good) quality are $35. From our cruise ship we heard a lot about the terrible crime in Colon and that we should not...More

One part of the terminal has AC and it was nice. However, when we went to the customs building next door it was uncomfortably hot. Everyone was sweating inside the terminal. Dogs sniff your bags and they confiscate any food you have. Not the best...More

Stopped here on our cruise and found the prices too high compared to going to the Zona Libre. Take the 5 minute cab ride you will be happy you did.More

This port offers a small suprise with a small zoo after getting off the ship. There are small monkeys, pink flamingos and great butterflies to see. There is also the manadatory shops which are interesting.
