This is a fairly long beach and very easy to walk. It kind of reminds me of Cocoa Beach in Florida. The sand colour is very similar and at low tide it is very wide. People were Horseback riding and ATV'ing on this beach, but...More

Long walks both ways. You can check out nice homes along your walk, Woody's bar and grill. bring flip flops between 12-2pm as sand is very hot before your down by the shoreline.

this hotel is all included and in panama there are not alot buy built on a small mountain so lots of stairs you need to able to walk there are some transport but you need to wait I personnally did not try them the buffet...More

Nice to visit the city, the canal, the city restaurants and the old part of the city, very warm destination, must have very high sun block

Spent a week at the Royal Decameron resort, beach is nice, mix of dark and light sand. Lots of shells if you have children or are into shelling. Great place to walk, can go a good distance, saw lots of peoe running near waters edge....More

Beaches are beautiful in the resort areas. Away from resort prone to a bit more garbage and where locals hang out.

ocean is full of jelly fish and some blowfish I do not recommend the water at all stick to the pools its much saver. and the waves are bad
