very serene, peaceful and huge lake. It is high up aprox 12000 feet abv sea level so altitude problem. but otherwise we enjoyed the lake ride to Uros island -floating islands.

It is amazing to see how those people live. No toilet, barely the strict minimum and they are happy! It's more than simplicity. Makes you appreciate what you have home.

Stayed in a hotel, with direct access to the lake. Wonderful views. Always something happening on the lake and the wetlands that surround it. Main reason for coming to Puno.

The lake is beautiful, enormous and with sweet and crystal clear water. I was dumbfounded when I visited one of the islands in the lake.
