So glad we had the opportunity to take this tour, learn the history of the chapel and be inspired by the beauty of the building. It is a "must see" if you are in the Auburn area.

Amazing examples of Tiffany glass! The entire chapel was designed by Tiffany - the only one remaining in the world.

The last remaining fully intact Louis Comfort Tiffany location on the US. They did the design, manufacturing and installation. From the mosaic floors, wall art, stained glass widows and stenciled ceiling- all Tiffany and all beautiful. Go out of you way to see this!

Auburn is unusual for having so many “must see” sites for such a small community. The Willard Chapel is another one of the unexpected and amazing gems in Auburn. Set aside the time to stop and visit. You will not be disappointed.

If you are in town and it is raining, stop in see this wonderful chapel. Sometimes too much Sun can overpower and cover the subtle beauty. The floor, walls, ceiling and of course the windows. A real treat and jem of craftsmanship

It seems that the closer the attraction is to home, the closer to the bottom of the must-see list it is. And so it goes with the Harriet Tubman home, Seneca Falls and the suffrage movement, the Mormon pageant, the Glenn Curtis museum, etc, etc,...More

Masterpieces of stained glass, chandeliers, woodwork and mosaics. A video that is a bit long, but informative. Well worth while. And a fantastic history of preservation.
