A tortuous drive to get there but the view is worth it. Most popularon summer evenings where it is cooler than the city. There is a selection of small catering facilities and toilets

The view is great. I recommend to go before sunset so you can see the daylight but also the night. Its a good spot for romantic dates too...

The restaurant there is great. Its just below the Tops lookout in the same parking lot. There are food places in the lookout but not really great ones. The restaurant there is really good.

Yup! I did when I was there. There is however a big antennae farm close by that may cause some interference though so stay away from that area though when flying.
