Heard about the place for sometime. It is a place people go to for the way of the cross during holy week. It is out of the way. A real sacrifice. It is at the end of a small street off the main street. The...More

The Good Shepherd Celestial Garden is a cemetery at the mountain side of Banawa, Cebu City but is has also become a major attraction during Holy Week because there are statues there where Christian pilgrims can do Stations of the Cross. Every year I do...More

It's on top of the mountain. Quiet place. Statues are far from each other since it is used for Station of the Cross.

This is a must for those who would like to reflect on the passion and death of Jesus. This is a better place than going to the beaches during Good Friday. Bring umbrellas and sun block and don't forget the Way of the Cross Booklet.

This is one of my favorite places in Cebu to just get outside. Access seems to be unrestricted, though i wouldn't venture there at night. There is a very nice Stations of the Cross trail through some semi-forest, and other foot paths here and there....More

This is actually a cemetery but I didn't know it until we were on our way back. I initially thought it was just a park owned by a religious order because of the religious icons around. The view from here is awesome. It is for...More
