Went to Biri March 16-19 as a solo traveler and stayed at the island for 3 days and 2 nights. Good thing, the weather is sunny during my stay. There are seven rock formation in the island of Biri. The effect of natural forces such as the erosive power of winds and strong surge of the sea along the coastal area of the municipality, this geological formations curved into a perfection .

We were looking forward to our Biri Island few day trip. We planned it for weeks. The rock formations pictures from other reviews looked fabulous. We arrived on the punt boat..then habal habal (motorcycle taxis with long extended carriers on them) to the Dive Centre Resort. Habal Habal are the only form of transport on the island. I spent 4 days and 3 nights in Biri Island for a solo trip. The visit to the different rock formations will make you breathless as you will be awed with the wonders of nature's best sculptured landscape. a 40 minutes boat ride takes you to Biri Island, you will get to a truism office where you will have to buy permits to go to the rock formation. It is off the beaten track. It is for the adventurous. It is a thrilling experience. But you will be rewarded by breathtaking scenery and exhilarating activities. You won't be disappointed.

my first visit to Biri was my long-waited-wish and indeed it was worth it... i was amazed with what beauty it has unfolded right infront of my very eyes...an overnight stay is not enought however, i know one thing for sure, i will go back again...
