A bit of a trip out of town but we did quite enjoy it. Most of the items in the market section are towards the lower end of the quality scale and I'm not sure that the prices are much better than elsewhere. We did...More

Get off at the Partizanskaya station on dark blue metro line and walk 10mins to the flea market. Go to place for souveniers. Must bargain with stall vendor. Interesting stalls with Russian watches. Kebab stall provides main food source. 2 hours should be sufficient.

We went here on a Saturday morning, taking an Uber rather than arriving by subway. On one side of the large park are colorful reproductions of palaces and Russian buildings, looking much like a kitschy 1950s fairyland amusement park in the United States. We were...More

Around 20 mins walk from the metro. You can see the tip of the castle on the left side. Lots of souvenirs you can choose from and cheaper compare to shops in the city. Need to compare prices and some sellers will offer you discount...More

You must visit this flea market if you are in the vicinity of Izmailovsky (it is far from the Moscow city center but can be reached through the metro). It is a very picturesque market with "fairytale-like- architecture" where you can simply loiter around or...More
