Went there with a group and throughly enjoyed the tranquility of the gardens and the lovely fountain. Good to see lots of locals patronising the park. A pleasant way to send an hour or two.

Yakimanka acts as Moscow’s evergreen lungs with prime
beaches on the Moscow river. All the benefits of
visiting and living in Yakimanka are gathered at the
Moscow river embankment – three parks: Gorky, Muzeon
and Neskuchny garden shape this green stripe with
museums showing the hippest contemporary art. The area
is full of activities for your eyes (museums), mouth
(restaurants) and feet (sport and dance-wise). Access
