Be aware the real observation tower to see Moscow is in the Federation Tower on the 89th floor it has 360 degree views. There are other viewing decks but none as high as the federation tower.

You cannot see the Kremlin or any of the key attractions of the city of Moscow as it is one of the shortests buildings of the "city" and the rest of skyscrappers block the view. It is very expensive over 900rb, to barely see anything...More
