When I visited Novgorod I sterted from IT. The staff was friendly and helpful. I bought some souvenirs and maps, books and CDs

Thanks a lot for your review. We do hope you’ve got lovely time in Veliky Novgorod and feel sorry about your language trouble. In Red Izba Tourist information Centre there are 5 English-speaking managers meeting tourists daily from 8:30 a.m. till 6 p.m. Therefore, there is no chance for you to experience such a problem in our Office within the working hours. Welcome back to Veliky Novgorod and we hope nothing can mar your next visit!

The information center has nice staff that is always ready to help. The place is right next to Novgorod's main attraction - Kremlin, which is another good thing.

It's not usual to find tourist information centers in Russia. In Velikiy Novgorod, however, there is one that even resembles centers in other countries. Lots of useful information, maps, souvenirs. I also got the timetable for the bus going to Vitoslavlitsy! Check also their webpage to get information about the city, activities, transport, etc. They provide Visa Support much cheaper than tourist agencies.

Билеты в новгородские театры удобнее всего приобрести/закзаать онлайн непосредственно на сайтах
Театра Драмы им. Достоевского, Филармонии им. А.С. Аренского, в группе Театра "Малый" Вконтакте.
Билеты в музеи Великого Новгорода на данный момент продаются в кассах непосредственно при входе в музеи. В начале 2018 года в продажу поступит единая «Карта гостя».
На данный момент в «Красной Избе» Вы можете приобрести билеты на экскурсии по городу, загородные поездки в Валдай и Старую Руссу, Новогодние праздники в музее «Витославлицы». Полный перечень предложений Вы сможете найти на странице отдыхвновгороде.рф .
