It is easy to book tickets online from UK and I would strongly advise you to do so, as tickets for this venue are sold out well in advance during the summer months. They will often offer you pick up and drop back when you...More

Too bad there was no performance for the day we could go. We took a private tour of the theater...for us classical music nerds, it was wonderful.

You dont have to spend a lot to see a Classic Ballet. I paid less than 25 euros for my ticket and you can see the entire spetacle very well even in the cheapest seats. Dont need to use black tie Also

It is hard to imagine the theatre is more than 150 years old with almost a daily performance on stage. Breathtaking and definitely a place to see during your stay in St Petersburg. The theatre does not offer tours and I advice to reserve tickets...More

The Marinsky theater has 3 different venues and we went to the new concert hall. Not as beautiful as the original, it is still a very impressive hall with great acoustics. We saw a Bach violin concerto and it was very good.
