When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We were part of a group from the cruise ship Enchanted Princess that docked in Oslo, Norway. We were met on the dock by our guide, Lisa and driver Frederick. Lisa was very enthusiastic and organized. She used the microphone to outline our day and was very clear about times for the group to meet back at the bus. It was evident that she was passionate about her job and very thrilled to have tourists back after the pandemic. We spent time at the beautiful Opera House; had a walking tour downtown which included the ornate City Hall; visited Vigeland Sculpture Park, and the Holmenkollen Ski Jump (to replace the Viking Museum which is being renovated). Throughout the tour, Lisa gave us great commentary & colourful insight into the various sights. We felt that the tour was well-paced and we had adequate time at each site. Because of her great organization, we returned to the ship exactly on time. Thank you Lisa.

This was a trouble free way to visit St Petersburg, found the visit to the hermitage was over too quickly and very crowded but that is travel. So pleased with SPB that we used them again in Stockholm and again very very pleased.

The Baltic cruise through Celebrity was our dream trip. I booked SPB on a friend's recommendation that was endorsed by my travel agent. I booked 2 St Petersburg tours that from our ship were too expensive to take and SPB's itinerary was more thorough. The booking process and help I received were truly commendable.
Sadly we never got to go due to the Covid-19 pandemic. With all I needed to cancel with varying degrees of hassle, SPB was a beacon of excellent customer service from the beginning to the end. They were the first source to refund our money with courtesy and kindness. We will use them again exclusively in any country they operate. Thank you, SPB!!

You could not fault any part, from the pick up, the transport, the locations, the food, the return to the ship, and especially the guides. What more could you need or want.

My family and a few friends booked through SPB to do two tours while we were at port in St. Petersbur. SPB was really easy to work with, and answered questions right away before we even arrived. Both of our tour guides were very nice, spoke English really well, and I thought they were genuinely helpful. St. Petersburg is beautiful, and it was nice not having to worry about scheduling or getting a visa when going with this tour company. We would definitely go with them again.

We used SPB for every shore excursion on our Baltic cruise. Every tour, especially the two-day tour in St. Petersburg, was very well done. The smaller groups made a huge difference as we were able to have some flexibility in what we wanted to see and how much time we spent at each location. Highly recommend!

Our guide was very knowledgeable of all aspects of our two day visit in St. Petersburg. The driver was great at finding close parking or easy drop off pick up places.

My retired parents booked a Baltic cruise and invited me and my husband to join them. To be completely honest, I was not completely ecstatic about St. Petersburg but was happy to go along for the ride. Boy, did Russia prove me wrong. St. Petersburg was by far my favorite destination among the cities included in our tour, and I truly believe that it is mostly due to our guide, Olga Raina. She was absolutely fantastic. I was in a tour group of mostly senior Filipinos (I am Filipino-American) and she was as patient as a saint considering how very loud we can be. She had a great attitude, and was very knowledgeable, warm, and fun. Being the eager beaver (see also: obnoxious teacher's pet) that I am, I ate up every little piece of information she had to offer. She was incredibly thorough in her description of the city's landmarks, and we were absolutely astounded by the beautiful architecture and the history of each place of interest. She also provided the audio narrative for the boat tour that was included in our 2nd day. Please note: If you are getting on in your years, you WILL BE TIRED and exhausted and grumpy. My husband and I are in the prime of our lives and could keep up just fine, but we definitely were ready to get some rest when we got back on our ship. Anyway, Olga is a walking encyclopedia, but also MY LIFESAVER! I had poopy issues and she came to my rescue promptly and discreetly. I still have the Russian Imodium she gave me as a keepsake LOL. I miss you, Olga.

Hi. Will you be operating again once the War in Ukraine is over. Its so horrible. You are lovely people and I love your tours. It's so sad your leader has taken you to war.

I noticed your review of the Baltic cruise with Princess cruises. Can you let me know how far each city was from the place the ship docked?
Going on Baltic cruise in June 2020, We are in mid 70's. one of whom cannot walk very far. Wondered which of your tours of St Petersburg would be best for us. Do you meet ship at port and return in good time for any sailing? Thanks.

Can a tour guide pick you up from the airport instead of Cruise Liner
Are the St Petersburg boat trips on the 2 day deluxe tour and the 2 day with Faberge Museum tour the same?

We have a group arriving on a cruise ship in September. I'm wondering what is the max number you can handle in your small group tours. We have a total of 14 people so we're wondering if we will have to split up.

Hello Mary,
We travelled to St Petersburg on a cruise last September and spent two days touring with SPB. They were outstanding! We had no queuing and everything went to plan. Our group was only 10 but they had two larger busses which I think could take 14 people. Best thing is to email them, they are very quick to respond and you will not be disappointed. Enjoy!
We will be taking a trip to the Baltic Sea next summer. I am now planning our excursions. Here are my questions. !st - I am concerned about the long ride into Berlin and back to the cruise ship. I think I read it would be about 7 hours total. Will the 5 and a half hours left be worth it to see Berlin? Or should we just stay in the port city that day. Also, how soon should we book our excursions if our cruise leaves July 11, 2020. Thanks so much.

Dear Venture,
The transfer to Berlin takes a total of 3h-3.5h each way, so yes, this leaves around 5h to explore the city with one of our great guides.
We also have an amazing tour in Warnemünde that includes a typical German lunch. I personally took this tour and I really recommend it.
I'd ask you to please go to our website and book your tour there, or you can see all of our tour offerings here on TripAdvisor by going to our company page. :)
Best,
Andrea

Is the 2 day tour suitable for seniors?
Can the tour arrange pick-up at hotel?

Hi MofTT,
Our tours in St. Petersburg are suitable for seniors. :)
However, we recommend the 2-Day Highlights tour to guests with mobility issues.
We can arrange hotel pick-ups on private tours, as we specialise in shore excursions, and not land tourists.
Best,
Andrea
