Karl Bulla,photogropher for the Tzar's museum.Many photo exhibits are displayed here including photo's taken by the man himself.His original photography equipment are also on display.Great terrace view of Nevski Prospect and some of the famous landmarks.Ideal for photograph's.Recommend to all.

Nice view to the center of the city. I had an opportunity to check it in different times, day and night views. Both are incredible. It's so charming to look down on Nevksky avenue- the main avenue of our city.
