Exquisite detail inside that takes your breath away. Not open on wednesdays so beware - we turned up without realising. Staff on the ticket desk not friendly at all. Do not miss when in St Petersburg!

A must see on any visit to St Petersburg the Saviour of the Spilled Blood is an iconic Orthodox Church. Unfortunately as of February 2019 it is still undergoing refurbishment work meaning the exterior main dome is covered in scaffolding.
