Worth taking a look at the bridge and the meaning of each of the statues. Fascinating to consdier that they were buried for safety during WW2!

The Anichkov Bridge is a main bridge over the canal on Nevsky Prosprect. It is a great example of the art scattered all over the city and available for everyone to enjoy.

The famous bridge with the 4 horses on Nevskiy Prospekt is where you will find many of the city canal boat trips. There is horse statues at each corner.

This bridge reminds me of the wrangling I've had to do with my own young warm-blooded, and being close to my hotel, saw it a lot. #love!

Beautiful statues of 4 black stallions all in 4 different positions of the stallion being tamed, at all four corners of this great bridge. Good meeting point.

This is a beautiful bridge in St. Petersburg. The horse sculptures are exquisite. The arches glow in the evening light.

The statues of the horse tamers on the four points of the bridge make it especially interesting. Don't miss the seeing the detail in the iron railings as you walk across the bridge.

Very beautiful bridge. Nice sculptures and full atmosphere of Nevsky Prospekt. Also you can schedule a boat trip from this bridge (no need to go to Neva river)

If you visiting St-Petersburg you will walk through this bridge,it is part of central prospekt to the city, Nevsky pr. Don't forget to stopping and watching carefully at least one of the statues.
