We visited in the middle of a snowstorm. It is lovely inside. Wished we could have walked around outside to see more of the grounds, but the snow made it impossible. However, am glad that we made the effort to visit.

Definitely go to see this monastery. It is definitely worth the visit. Watch carefully how worshippers approach the holy icons. Remember no photos.

This is a wooden cathedral that is being renovated. While not completely done, it is an amazing building to see. The inside is lovely with lots of paintings. Women need to wear head scarves inside so bring one. The garden has lots of flowers and...More
