Eye catching building that I didn't know how to get inside

It's probably the most eye catching building in Yekaterinburg. I kept looking around but couldn't find the way to get inside. Really curious .....

It's a nice building but you can't really get inside which decreases this buildings value as you cant do more than admire it for a few minutes.

This place is very picturesque. I don't know if you can go inside (we did not) but it is easily viewed from the street.

I only walked pas this mansion, but thought the exterior was very beautiful. I would have liked to go inside.

. . . even beautiful as we caught it on the fly, rushing through traffic as we were. Apparently owned by a very wealthy business man at the beginning of the 18th century, Nikolay Sevastyanov, who wanted to show Moscow and St Petersburg that Yekaterinburg boasted just as many beautiful buildings. He was right--his house is lovely--even without the gold-covered... More
