Aug 2016 was there at the cathedral, it's like the equivalent of the sacred coeur in France! And very similar to St. Nicholas in Kiev. Overall, it's very tall, two equal towers with a shorter tower in the middle. Great halls and icons in the cathedral.

As per disrespectful chinese people, this place is no different. Selfies and other photos are taken throughout the church with the majority of people sitting playing with their cell phones. Not sure if there are people praying but this is a sacred place. Have some respect people! Vendors selling selfie sticks outside do not help the cause. Be sure to... More

I walked there after I finished with my shopping at Onelink plaza, it's about 5 minutes walk from there. Along the street, there're also stores selling dry food.

Taking 25 years to build, it is pretty architecture even for non-believers. Nearby has a big wholesale area for dry food, stationary, decorations as well as bake stuff. Nice to wander around if you have an afternoon.

Sacred Heart Cathedral is a beauty of Architecture and Heritage. A place for tourist to click on. The Cathedral is big enough and surrounded by old building feels the style of Chinese Heritage. Recommeded.

We were here to attend the Christmas Day mass. It is my second visit. Beautiful cathedral. The walls were made of stones I think, hence it is a little cold inside. The masses were conducted in Mandarin.

It's a Gothic-style Roman Catholic Church which was built by the French between 1863 and 1888. The church's twin spires rise to a height of 190 feet.
