Went on a weekday, not crowded at all. Entrance fees 600yen for adults and children under 12 is free on charge. It was a snowing day and the zoo provide umbrella to all visitors. 15mins walk from the station. There r so much to see...More

Unless u have a car, this zoo is about 1km from the nearest subway station. Some of the exhibits did not have any animals in them..and those which did only had 1 animal in the compound. Nevertheless, it's good for the kids..make sure you bring...More

Asahikawa Zoo is small but it is famous for action exhibition. Maruyama zoo is much larger. There are many kinds of animals and many events are held. It is also nice to go by subway from the center of Sapporo.
