The gold and silver onsen waters are the highlight of this onsen town. This town is very small and can be covered with a day trip. There are very few foreign tourists here, mostly Japanese tourists in this town.

Although the japanese bath is a dfferent experience, My wife and I loved this placce. The staff was great and the in room dinner was excellent. This included Kobe beef.

Had one incredible opportunity to see this mind blowing spot in the mountain side behind Kobe. Everyone who enjoyes hot springs and a very tradional japanese atmosphere shall take a daytour to Arima Onsen!

I’ve seen people do it, but you’re not supposed to and they have signs at the entry forbidding it. If it’s small enough to put a bandaid on it, then I suggest doing that.

for onsen, easy put on clothes like one piece n slippers would be fine. there are also open air public onsen for foot then no changing clothes requires. enjoy
