Harborland is always a very beautiful place to visit. The view is amazing. However with the hot summer it is a little rough due to lack of shade.

Location at the harbour front is very nice for people coming for refreshing. Surrounded by many shops from snacks to accessories, clothes, numbers of restoran, including children museum mall (personally the museum is better for kids below 7 years old).

Nice ocean side excursion if you do not have anything to do. Overall, there is not too much activity to do here, plan for an hour is plenty.

A place to visit for the stunning day and night view. A walk from the Meriken Park to Harborland is awesome. Beautiful scenery along the walk. Many shopping and dining nearby.

We were blown away by the views both in the day and night. Heaps of different food options and endless areas to shop you can’t go to Kobe without seeing this area.

MK Taxi has a door-to-door shuttle service to/from KIX. it's 2300 yen - well worth the money. I use this service all the time and they're great! Check this link - Google MK Taxi Skygateshuttle Osaka.
