Teradaya is a historical inn, where Ryoma Sakamoto was attacked and injured. If you are interested in Japanese history, the visit of this place should be interesting. But the building is not the original.

I was here last March during our short trip to Fushimi, Kyoto. Overall it was a good place blended with the old Japanese charm. This is the place where the famous Teradaya Incident occured (The fighting between the loyal goverment and a bunch of samurai)....More
