We took a day trip to visit the flower expo park. Many locals enjoyed their weekends. Many dog owners and cosplay interests were in park. Very scenic photo shoot for sunny bright blue sky. The colourful trees and flowers were pleasant and eye catching. Also saw locals feeding ducks in park. Was very enjoyable walk. Also remember to find windmill.... More

This is a super huge park! You can spend all day to explore the park. I came here on Sunday. The first thing I noticed was many families and couples came to have a picnic. So lovely... As I walked along the path -which can be quite confusing - I found some gardens which were supposed to be replica of... More

This park was built for the World Flower Expo and is vaguely similar to other parks under this headline (such as South Bank in Brisbane). The park is free and boasts a large number of flowers to see when in bloom. They have a blooming chart on their website. This location is free and very popular with locals and cosplayers.... More

I loved this place! It's a huge park and really easy to get to on the metro. My partner and I stopped here for an afternoon nap after a busy morning exploring the central city area and it was a perfect choice. Walking around and seeing the very large range of set ups that countries all over the world made... More

We are American tourists that came upon this park by accident. What a find. Pretty lake with cranes, lots of tranquil water falls, sitting areas, tons of trees, a rose garden, windmill. Joggers, families with picnics, baby strollers, a few dogs. This is obviously a great place to take photos as there are many people dressed up and doing that.... More

The first sakura was bloomed at here as early as 27th March 2014..I would never thought that I was lucky enough to see it during our first visit here last month. For those who love photography ( macro or landscape), here is the best place to be especially during spring. Attached herewith several pics as self explanatory!

Walked through the park on the way to Sakuya Konohana Kan, which is located within the park's premises. Nice stroll with plenty of open spaces and lots of greenery. Wonderfully fresh air and toilets are easy to find. A short walk from Tsurumi Ryokuchi subway station.

Definitely it's good for a Sunday walk. A big pond with lot of birds, lot of different flowers. It's not crowded and you can enjoy bicycle ride.
