Good place with fresh food

Quite crowded with tourists during the time I was here. Tried a couple of food here not bad experience I should said. Those who like seafood can have a walk over there.

We had a lovely massive scallop here. It was grilled with butter and soy sauce. There were a range of sizes to choose from. We got a mid range one for ¥800. We arrived around 10am. Some shops were not open? Had sea urchin there too. Saw people having sashimi. Overall ok.

Since our hotel was nearby, it was interesting enough for us to visit it 3 times during our stay in Osaka. Lots of seafood to see and eat (which we did!) and to realise how expensive fruits cost in Japan! However, the fruits were delicious and really sweet! Nice experience for the kids but I feel it's a bit too... More

I reached about 11am+ and spent about 2hours there. I had the freshest seafood and yummy kobe beef skewers there!

This is Japanese wet market and I find some yummy food here like fresh oysters, sea urchin, sushi, sashimi, oden, fruits, strawberry juice and fried Kobe beef. You can also find very local food which you can bring back home for yourself or your friends like fresh wasabi, different kinds of green tea, Japanese marinated appetizer and some nice dried... Pity we went late morning where most of the catch were gone but had managed to try the grilled live scallop. Fresh! Superb! Don't want to miss good seafood, GO EARLY in the morning.

Food choices was lesser and was more of fresh sushi and sashimis which is the same everywhere else But if you are not visiting kyoto then this place is good to experience the local culture and food We had lunch at...
