Osaka Culturarium at Tempozan

It's just next to Kaiyukan. More like exhibition space for the occasional niche events like the recent Manga shindig, Naruto. Otherwise, there isn't much going on here.

A brilliant expo centre which I visited for the Naruto display they have on at the moment. It was incredible and immersive with many uses of hologram or 3d technology and an excellent experience, there appeared to be many other interesting things on display also and if I lived in Japan I imagine I would be there often.
