The Wizarding World of HP is sooooo amazing. We had a fantastic time too in other attractions although we did not get to maximize the rides because the queue could stretch for 4 hours. The most we could wait is 2 hrs at Jaws. Just avoid that Universal Monsters Live Rock And Roll Show. That was totally "wtf did we... More

My daughter and I took my 4 year old to the USJ and we were constantly reminded that some of the ride we went on was only suited for small Asian size people. my daughter and I are not huge people but we were mad to feel like we were over 130kg. What made it worse was that there was... More

As a non-Japanese speaker, the biggest downside would be the language issue as we couldn't understand all the narratives that came with the rides (which could be quite extensive) though some rides had English subtitles for the pre-ride videos. Also, best to be at the park around an hour before it opens even if you have tickets as the people... More

As a family with small children. At first I thought my nephew who is almost 4 years old cannot enjoy much here as only few rides allowing for small kids. I got it wrong, my nephew took almost all day in Wonderland zone only. And he did have a very enjoyable time. For 92cm height kids can join 5-6 rides... More

It's a really nice experience. Most of our time was spent in the Wizarding World. We weren't able to explore the park fully but most rides are similar to other Universal Studios. Expect large crowds and long lines even during low seasons. We went on a Wednesday but still had to wait more or less an hour, or more for... More

Caters mainly to locals. Shows and narratives are mostly in Japanese so if you don't know Japanese, you will wonder what's it all about. Flying Dinosaur is probably the best rides but most other rides and shows can't really compare to those at Universal Studios in USA

A nice theme park, with great atmosphere. Ticket was around 7500 yen, typical price. Many attractions are the same as Universal Studios in Florida though. The biggest downside is that all the rides are in Japanese (without english subtitles). The rollercoaster in the Jurassic Park area is definitely one of the most, if not the most, spectacular in the world.... More

The park is fantastic. Being from Florida, it's hard to beat Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure in Orlando. USJ has Universal Cool 2017 going on and if you're into gaming and Japanese pop culture, like our teenage son, this is a must. There are several attractions that do not exist at US Orlando, and they were all phenomenal. Every... More

I heard about the infamous long queues in USJ and was prepared for a hard day. Luckily the park was not particularly busy then (a Thursday in April). We could finish all rides of interest without breaking a sweat and called it a day at 1800. Of course, there's no LED parade on the day of our visit, it may... More
